Furbaby Board is a scheduling and record-keeping tool. It records the routine you set, including medication times and doses you enter yourself, and reminds you about them. It does not provide veterinary advice, does not check whether a dose is correct or safe, and its spacing warnings are arithmetic on the times you gave it — not a clinical judgement.

Reminders can be delayed or fail to arrive, for reasons including network conditions and your device’s own settings. Never rely on this service alone for anything that would harm an animal if it were missed or repeated. Always follow your vet.

Your account and your household

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. A household is shared — everyone in it can see and change its pets, routines and records, and each completed task is signed with the name of whoever marked it. Invite only people you intend to have that access.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free and does not expire. Paid plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices are on the pricing page.

A plan belongs to the household, not to a person, so one member paying covers everyone in it. Purchases made inside the Android app are billed by Google Play under Google’s terms and are managed in the Play Store. Purchases made on the web are billed by Razorpay. Access is granted only once the payment provider confirms the payment.

If a renewal payment fails, your plan continues while the provider retries and reverts to free if it does not succeed. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to you.

Cancelling

Cancel any time — in the Play Store if you subscribed on Android, or on your plan page if you subscribed on the web. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling narrows how far back the board lets you look and restores the free limits; it deletes nothing. See cancellation and refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload or reverse engineer the service, use it to store unlawful content, or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your household at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of 26 Shere Punjab Extension, near Parkash Colony, Ludhiana, Punjab 141012, India have jurisdiction.
