Cancelling
Paid plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no need to ask us.
- Subscribed in the Android app? Cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions. Only the Google account that bought it can cancel it.
- Subscribed on the web? Cancel on your plan page, under Household → Plan.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to the free plan.
What cancelling does to your data
Nothing is deleted. Every task you have ticked off stays recorded. The free plan simply shows a shorter window of history and restores its limits on animals and household members; if you subscribe again, the whole record is visible once more. An over-limit household keeps every animal it already had — the limit only stops adding another.
Refunds on Android purchases
Purchases made inside the Android app are sold and refunded by Google Play, under Google’s refund policy, and we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Request one through the Play Store, or through your Google Play order history. Google generally handles requests made within 48 hours directly and refers later ones to us; if Google refers you to us, write to contact@furbabyboard.com and we will help.
Refunds on web purchases
Purchases made on the web are ours. Because the free plan is a complete, non-expiring version of the app, we expect you to know what you are buying before you buy it — so we do not refund as a matter of course. We will refund a charge that was a mistake: a duplicate payment, a renewal after you cancelled, a charge for a plan you could not use because of a fault on our side, or a plan bought by one household member when another was already paying.
Write to contact@furbabyboard.com within 7 days of the charge with the payment reference. We will reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
If a payment failed but you were charged
Access is granted only when the payment provider confirms the payment, so it is possible in rare cases to be charged without the plan activating. Tell us and we will either activate the plan or refund it, whichever you prefer.
